Working with Randy Delgado at Suntrup Kia was a pleasant surprise. Firstly, the dealership was good about communicating the status of inventory. They made sure the car I was interested in was still available before I drove an hour to go see it (I had been to a few other dealers that misinformed me to get me in the door). Then Randy was very patient with me as I checked even the most ridiculous little details on a used car I was hoping to buy for my daughter. In the end, I got a car I was happy with at a price I was happy with. I wish ever car purchase went this smoothly.

Lindsey in the Service Department was so sweet and awesome that she went out of her way after telling that when I purchased my vehicle in Dec 2017 I had 30 days to register and pay my sales taxes to renew my transferred plates. Since the plates were still good until the end of Feb 2018 I haven't paid my sales tax not realizing that the emissions and safety were still good back then, so I was going to have to pay the emissions and safety now because it had expired, well I was short on cash and wasn't going to be able to afford the testing even though it was ONLY $36 and I was just going to reschedule for next week when I got paid. Lindsey said nevermind not to worry about it she was going to have the testing done and NOT charge me for it!!! I was shocked and toldher no I can reschedule and she said that was ok she'll take care of it and about 20-25 min later I was done. I told Lindsey I would go back and pay for the testing next week and she told me not to worry about that was her gift to me :) that was so sweet of her to do when she didn't have too. THAT there is customer service at it's best 100%. I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!!

Bob Whey was fantastic.He listened to our goals for buying a new car and worked to obtain those goals. There was never any pressure or stress throughout the entire time. Everyone is courteous and friendly. I completely trust having work done here . Carol and Lindsey are both wonderful service advisors. they keep you informed of the progress on your car and come to get you from the waiting area instead of just paging you. I have even taken my granddaughter with me on trips to the dealership because it is a welcoming and comfortable place. The car washes are always fantastic , much better than I get at a local car wash.

I have now bought 2 vehicles from Suntrup Pre-Owned. Stacey Tijerina was the only person I spoke with. I did not feel the "sales pressure" that so many people experience from other dealerships. We discussed finances, and what I would need to make the deal happen, I drove away with a "new" truck. When it was time to purchase again, I called on Stacey. I told her what I was looking for, and had a few choices waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. Same great service this time too. Traded in another vehicle for a more economical car, and this time, everything seemed to be even easier than the time before.

I contacted Nissan, Hyundai, and Honda to schedule test drives. Patrick Sullivan at Suntrup Nissan followed up immediately, so we went there first - and never went anywhere else. He did go "next door" and get a Sonata for me to test drive; he was confident I'd prefer the Nissan Altima. His persistence was not push; his tenacity came off as a fight for ME to get the deal I wanted, not as a fight for HIM to get the sale. It felt like a win-win day. Adela, the finance manager was fantastic as well. She was proficient at presenting the "extras" without making it feel like she was pushing to sell them. Adept at reading the customer and his/her needs, I feel I got exactly the extra coverage that is right for our family. All staff we encountered were professional and friendly.

Dan Linton was our sales rep. He was very nice and well informed. He took the time to search for the vehicle we were interested in and when it was at another lot drove us there to look at it and allowed us to drive it back to the main lot. We purchased a used car for my daughter in December of 2017. About two months later I noticed a problem with the car (actually my daughter pointed it out) that we had missed when buying it. I was dreading taking it back to the dealer to see if they would do anything about it. It was a busy holiday Monday and from the moment I walked in all the staff I interacted with went out of there way to get me to the right people, or resolve the problem. Which they did, quickly, and without charge. In my case, it was obvious they valued their customers and took pride in doing the right thing.

Had a good experience at this dealership and they have a pretty good inventory of pre owned cars. Salesmen was great and, did his job without being a pushy annoying salesmen trying to force a car on me. The only thing that was odd was that I found a car I wanted online before going up to the dealership. When I got there and took a look at the car the sticker price was about $2000 higher than the online price. They did sell the vehicle to me at the online price but refused to go below that price but the vehicle did come with a 3 Month 3000 mile comprehensive warranty and a lifetime powertrain warranty. There is also a $200 fee that they would not back down on. Overall the experience was good and the vehicle was still worth the price. Just make sure you check out the online price beforehand and prepare to pay $200 over that but like I said the vehicle was still worth it.

BMW of West St Louis far exceeded my expectations! I was looking to trade s dealership in my Infiniti JX35 and wasn’t sure what BMW would best fit my needs. Linzie Sr greeted me when I arrived and made me feel welcomed. The idea of being greeted by the General Sales Manager was a breath of fresh air. I drove 5-6 different cars and asked a lot of questions. I eventually bought a 535 diesel that is good on gas, and I love the color combination. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this dealership when looking for a vehicle. Hopefully, you walk away as happy as I am!

Purchased a used 2011 Jeep Wrangler this week. 5 stars to Dave Ware for not having the salesman personality. Easy to talk to and easy to work with.5 stars to the car loan guy, who I believe was new, but still took great care of us. I would give a 5 star review but.....minus a half star because of the loan compliance guy (who isn't always there)...too loud...fast talker and added bumper to bumper warranty and gap insurance without asking. Both items were quickly removed before we signed any paperwork. Another half star taken because of the car porter. "Lost" an all weather floor mat for the rear passenger area of the jeep and when the jeep came back from his area the antenna was bent (easy fix but still). I've already suggested Dave to a co-worker looking for a slightly used BMW.
