The service team here is super friendly and helpful. They are always welcoming & friendly. The team always vacuums my car (if I want it) after a service appointment, they explain my charges, they provide me with a rental car if needed, and they always walk me to my car when the appointment is over. It is worth taking your car here to get serviced! There is also a comfy waiting area with free snacks, drinks and wifi. James and Lindsey are both very helpful in the service department and both have helped me numerous times. Thanks for being consistently great!

I have bought quite a few cars in my life, and have been to hundreds of dealerships doing so. Easily my best experience so far has been with Suntrup, and especially with Yorama Wilcox. I had been searching for a specific car for months. I wanted the exact model, year and transmission and finally found two of them - one at Suntrup and one at a dealership in Ohio. Being that I live in Tennessee, either one would have been a long drive. From the moment I got on the phone with Wilcox and Kyle Ketcherside, I had a good feeling about working with Suntrup and they did their best to win my business. They provided me with everything I asked for including the warranty I demanded and at the price I wanted. Wilcox even picked me up from the car rental agency after I drove in. The car was EVERYTHING they promised and more! I left a very happy and satisfied customer. My review should end there, but unfortunately I hurt my back a few months ago and could no longer drive my beloved car anymore (too low to the ground and painful for me to get in and out). I decided to trade it in for a truck, and after I traded it, Wilcox and especially Kyle worked very diligently to ensure that I received my warranty refunds even though I am an out if state customer and going the extra mile to get me the refunds brings no profit to their business. If you are looking for honesty, diligence, hard-working and friendly people to sell you a car, look no further than Suntrup. Be sure to ask for Wilcox and I am confident that you will be as happy a customer as I am!

I brought my Pathfinder in for an oil change and tire rotation. Nick Ellison greeted me as soon as I pulled in and asked what I needed done. I told him that I had an appointment and he started the paperwork. He asked if there were any other services that I needed done while I was there. He also informed me of what services were recommended for my vehicle based on mileage. He was great to work with and got me in and out in less than an hour with my car washed. Needless to say I was extremely happy with my service and my SUV runs great. I will definitely be back.
