The service team here is super friendly and helpful. They are always welcoming & friendly. The team always vacuums my car (if I want it) after a service appointment, they explain my charges, they provide me with a rental car if needed, and they always walk me to my car when the appointment is over. It is worth taking your car here to get serviced! There is also a comfy waiting area with free snacks, drinks and wifi. James and Lindsey are both very helpful in the service department and both have helped me numerous times. Thanks for being consistently great!

I took my Murano into Suntrup Nissan on Monday night. I'd been having some irregularities with the shifting of gears. I didn't have an appointment, but I asked Cindy if she would make a note in my record about the issue I was experiencing and that I had an 18 hour drive coming up next weekend and the problem.Whoa! Cindy called Brad immediately and asked him if he could put the scanner on my SUV to check it right then! BRAD SAID YES! He asked me what was I experiencing, I told him and the next thing I knew he was keeping my car to ensure it was safe to drive. It was close to closing time and Cindy and Brad only showed sincere concern and care for me as a customer. I purchased an extended warranty when I bought this car from Amanda at Suntrup. Thank goodness because it covered my rental that they put me in that night to get home and it's covering a very expensive repair to my vehicle. And I'm sorry that I can't remember the man who' helped get my warranty to quickly cover the repair, but he's to be commended too!Every experience I have had with Suntrup Nissan has been excellent from sales to service. I could not be more grateful and as I drive to New Orleans next weekend with my mother and daughter in my Murano, I'll be thinking about the guys and gals at Suntrup Nissan and that I have a safe drive because of them!

My wife and I recently decided to upgrade from a 2014 Nissan Rogue to a new Nissan Pathfinder for the extra room. BEST CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I walked into Suntrup thinking I'd have to deal with a shady, hungry and rude salesperson and what I got was.....the BEST car assistant ever.Jon Feraro, Sales and Leasing Rep.No high-pressure tactics. Not a one!!!!We spoke about:* my needs. *What I want in a car. *What type of career I have.Jon let me know that Uber/Lyft drivers receive a $1000 discount.  Military receives $500 discount.Jon was personable and we found a couple vehicles I'd be happy with.I let Jon know my goals so that I'd be ready to come back and purchase the car when I'm ready.We discussed leasing options versus financing options. And Jon explained it so clearly.---------------------------------------------OVERALL:I spent approximately 52 minutes with Jon and Not EVER did he pressure me.  My mother and my neighbor sat in the waiting area and Jon brought my mother a bottle of water while they waited.  Free wifi.  No frills, no complimentary snack/beverage station while you wait in the sales lounge (which is the front of the dealership). No television.  There was EDM music that played in the background.  (my mother stated...what is that music? I can't tell if it has words to it or not).  LOL.  There is no receptionist to greet you.It's a smaller, very basic dealership, only one vehicle on the showroom floor.  They have the showroom floor packed with cubicles.  From memory, I'm gonna say they have about 11 cubicles on the showroom floor with a car that sits off to the side.My experience was wonderful overall.  I'm surprised.  Jon has EXCELLENT manners so, I'd refer him to Yelpers!Thank you Jon Feraro!

Sales lady, Ashley,is awesome. Excellent to work with. No pressure. She will help find you all you are wanting and in your price range. She doesn't try to add more costs or upsell you. She is excellent with children & doesn't mind them being present during test drives or paperwork,etc. Very pleasant & honest. She will go out of her way to help and answers questions. They have great deals on used vehicles, especially extras on Hyundai's. They have some great cars and can pull cars for you that fit your requests from 5 of their other dealerships or Ashley will even take you there. Just bought car at Sundtrup and received a great price consistent with internet pricing and a fair amount on my trade. Madeline Annunziata was very professional and got the job done smoothly and efficiently, even going out to change the license plates and polish up the car because the dealer was short staffed. I called ahead and talked to Linzie foster Jr. Who was very professionsl and answered all my questions. After testing driving the vechile we discussed a concern with a repaired crack in the windsheild. They offered to replace the windsheild to make the deal work for both of us. That spoke volumes to the extent the management was willing to offer to help deal the deal. The offered a very fair trade in for our car.
