The service team here is super friendly and helpful. They are always welcoming & friendly. The team always vacuums my car (if I want it) after a service appointment, they explain my charges, they provide me with a rental car if needed, and they always walk me to my car when the appointment is over. It is worth taking your car here to get serviced! There is also a comfy waiting area with free snacks, drinks and wifi. James and Lindsey are both very helpful in the service department and both have helped me numerous times. Thanks for being consistently great!

My experience at Suntrup South County was absolutely amazing. My salesperson, Wilcox, was very patient, thorough, and extremely easy to talk to. He listened to my situation, the things I wanted in a vehicle, and my desired price range. Although I came into Suntrup without the plan of purchasing a vehicle that day, in working with Wilcox, I soon realized that this was the person in which I wanted to do business. Wilcox found a car that met my needs. He was not pushy and he explained why the vehicle was a great choice for me. On the test drive he was very laid back; it made it much easier to learn more about the vehicle and his philosophy as a car salesperson. Truthfully, I was not committed to the car until the test drive. I am very happy that we took this extra step before I knew I wanted to buy the car. Wilcox went above and beyond with his customer service. I was in a rental car and had to go pick up my (now traded in) car. He provided transportation, even though I denied it profusely. He repeated that all he wanted to do was make this as stress-free an experience as possible. Wilcox's overall attitude and helpfulness made buying this car the obvious right thing to do. After completing the paperwork for the car, I worked with Steve in Finance. He was amazing. Steve was very upfront about what I wanted and what he could do for me. His attitude was so upbeat and he plays great music in his office! Steve made the financial side of purchasing a car a lot less stressful and was very thorough in addressing all of my questions. Buying a car is a very stressful experience. It was nice to have serendipitously pulled onto this dealership lot, worked with this salesperson, then worked with Steve, and drive off in a car that I actually like. It was a great experience!

I first arrived at the Nissan lot on a Monday night right before sunset. I only had about 30 min of sunlight left so was only able to examine a few cars. Right before I was ready to leave, Patrick came out of the building and introduce himself. After we exchanged pleasantries, he inquired about my interest on different cars and we set up a meeting to meet later in the week. Patrick was already waiting for me when I arrived 2 days later and we immediately hit the lot. He was very straightforward, even disclosed that it only worked at Nissan for a very short while. His inexperience didn't show. As we test drove a few cars he was constantly asking questions on what I was looking for and what different options were important to me. He was very knowledgeable on each of the cars we drove, constantly giving me side by side stats on what each car offered and how old is different from the next . extremely knowledgeable. I had visited a few other dealerships prior to this visit, and even had a different car at the top of my list. However Patrick's friendliness and eagerness to make my experience a pleasant one was the final selling point to me. I would recommend Nissan do any of my friends and acquaintances. We came to the dealership to trade our 2011 Mazda CX9. We pretty much had our mind made up on a 2017 Pathfinder that we were going to pick up the following Tuesday. We were still set on that 2017 Pathfinder until we came home and my husband found a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. We went back up to the dealer and Nadja went to bat for us to get this car. What always stands out to me is purchasing a car takes forever and a day. However we were in and out thanks to Nadja! The financing was quick too thanks to Adela! Ultimately we went home with the best deal and we will be customers for life!

I went to Suntrup wanting to get a basic 2018 Versa to use as a commuter car. Patrick Sullivan greeted me promptly and worked with me to find that very basic, no frills car.
